Managing Partner at Estrela da Kidixi, Avelino António Kalunda is an entrepreneur and manager with a long-term strategic vision for the sustainable development of the company and the agro-industrial sector. He leads the expansion of production areas, the modernisation of agricultural processes, the value chain and the implementation of the company's internationalisation strategy. With a results-oriented approach, his priority is to transform agricultural potential into concrete opportunities for production, employment and value creation. He also works on building strategic partnerships and mobilising investments capable of strengthening Estrela da Kidixi's competitiveness in national and international markets.

His vision for the coming decade is that of an integrated agro-industrial group, with modern plantations, benchmark processing units and Angolan brands recognised in the international markets for fine cocoa and specialty coffee.
