Managing Partner at Estrela da Kidixi, Cristina Kalunda guides the company's institutional strategy and operational management, ensuring consistency between production performance and the values that define the organisation. She works closely with teams in the field and in the plant, promoting consistent standards of quality, food safety and traceability across the entire value chain. Her priorities are the development of human capital, technical training for workers and the involvement of rural communities in agricultural operations.
