Executive Biography
A commitment in service of the company's agribusiness
Cristina Kalunda is Managing Partner of Estrela da Kidixi – Comércio e Indústria, Lda., where she is responsible for institutional direction, internal organisation and the operational management of the group's agricultural and industrial units.
Throughout her career she has built a management approach grounded in close engagement with teams, process discipline and the conviction that the excellence of an agricultural product stems, above all, from the skill and motivation of those who produce it. She structured the company's quality procedures, staff technical training plans and the mechanisms for supporting partner communities.
She is also responsible for the company's institutional representation before public bodies, industry associations and social partners, projecting an image of rigour, transparency and commitment to the development of Angolan agribusiness.
